HempLeadsBY HEMPAWARE
The guarantee

Replies from real hemp buyers. Guaranteed.

We agree a cold email response-rate KPI with you before launch. If we don't hit it within 90 days, we keep operating your outreach machine at no additional cost until we do.

That is the whole promise. This page is the fine print, written in plain English, because a guarantee you cannot understand is not a guarantee.

The exact terms

A work guarantee, not a cash refund.

The KPI

Before your campaign launches, we agree a response-rate KPI in writing: the share of delivered cold emails that get a reply from a real person at a target company. The number is set per client, based on your ICP, your offer, and the reverse lead magnet we build together. We do not publish a blanket percentage because a rate without a list and an offer behind it is a sales trick, not a commitment.

The window

The 90 days count from your launch date, the day the first outreach email sends, not the day you sign.

If we miss

If we miss the agreed KPI at day 90, we keep running your campaign at no additional monthly fee until we hit it. Same infrastructure, same list work, same copy testing, same reply handling, same reporting. You pay nothing more until the number is met.

This is a work guarantee, not a cash refund. We do not refund retainer fees already paid. We fix the shortfall by doing the work.

Why response rate

Why response rate and not meetings? Because the reply is the part we control end to end: the list, the domains, the copy, the timing, the follow-up. Meetings come from replies, and they are what we work toward and report on every week. But whether a buyer books depends on your offer, your pricing, and your calendar as much as on us. We guarantee the part we can stand behind without qualification, and we tell you that plainly.

How the 90 days run

  1. STEP 1Sign
  2. STEP 2Launch (day 0)
  3. STEP 3Day 90: response-rate KPI hit?
  4. Yes: continue month to month

No: we keep working at no extra cost until it is

What counts toward the response rate

A reply counts when all four of these are true.

  1. A real person.

A human at the target company wrote it. Auto-replies, out-of-office notices, bounce notifications, and unsubscribe requests do not count.

  2. A target company.

The company is on the approved list built from the ICP we agreed in writing during discovery.

  3. In the thread.

The reply came to one of our sequence emails, on a sending domain we operate for you, within the 90-day window.

  4. Any direction.

Positive, neutral, and negative replies all count. A "not now" is a response. A "who are you" is a response. We report positive replies separately so you can see the offer landing, not just the copy.

Response rate = replies meeting all four ÷ emails delivered (sent − bounces)

Response rate is replies that meet all four, divided by emails delivered (sent minus bounces). Delivered, not sent, so bad list data never inflates the denominator against you.

Meetings are the goal. Replies are the guarantee.

A reply is not the finish line. Every campaign is built, tested, and reported on the basis of qualified meetings booked on your calendar. Here is what we mean by qualified, because it is what we chase, and it is what the weekly report tracks.

  1. Right company.

The company matches the ideal customer profile we agreed in writing. Segment, company type, state or region, and size band.

  2. Right person.

The attendee has purchasing authority or direct influence over it for what you sell. A purchasing manager, buyer, owner, operations lead, or head grower, depending on your ICP. Not a receptionist or a curious intern.

  3. They knew what it was.

The person agreed to a meeting after reading a message that stated who you are and what you sell. No bait and switch.

  4. It was scheduled.

The meeting was booked on your calendar with a date, time, and Google Meet link or phone number, and you were notified.

  5. They showed up.

The person attended. If they no-show, we rebook them.

We do not put a number on meetings in the guarantee because the honest answer is that it depends on your offer. What we will do is give you a projection on the discovery call, track meetings every week, and tell you straight if replies are coming and meetings are not, because that is a signal about the ask, and we change it.

Day 90

What happens at day 90 if we are short

On day 90 we send you a response ledger. It lists every delivered email, every reply, the company, the role, the date, and whether the reply met the four criteria. You confirm or dispute each line within 5 business days.

If the confirmed response rate is below the agreed KPI:

  • Your monthly fee pauses immediately.
  • We keep sending, testing copy, handling replies, and booking meetings at our cost.
  • We keep sending you the weekly report.
  • The pause ends the day the confirmed response rate reaches the KPI, measured over the full campaign. Billing resumes the following month if you choose to continue. You can also stop at that point with no further obligation.

There is no cap on how long we keep working. We have the same incentive you do: get to the number.

When the guarantee does not apply

These are the situations where we cannot hold ourselves to the number. Each one is something outside our control.

  • You change the ICP after launch.

A new target segment restarts the 90-day clock from the new launch date. Small refinements, like removing one state, do not.

  • Copy approval takes longer than 5 business days.

We need you to approve sequences. If approval stalls, the clock pauses until it is done.

  • You pause or stop the campaign.

Days paused do not count toward 90.

  • You do not show up to booked meetings.

The guarantee is on replies, so this does not change the count. It does change whether the replies turn into revenue, and we will say so.

  • Your offer changes materially.

New pricing, new product, or a compliance issue that makes the product unsellable in target states.

  • You ask us to target something we said we would not.

Consumer lists, states where your product is illegal, or copy with health or THC-effect claims.

  • You ask us to send from your main domain, or reuse domains we did not warm.

Deliverability is the foundation of response rate. We do not guarantee outreach on infrastructure we did not build.

  • Your account is past due.

The guarantee is in force only while your account is current.

  • A platform or legal change stops the channel.

For example, a new federal rule that prohibits commercial email in this category. We would tell you the day it happens.

If none of these apply and we miss, we keep working at no extra cost. That is the deal.

Why we offer it

Three reasons.

We do not skip the parts that make outbound work. Two to three weeks of domain warm-up. A list built by hand and verified. Copy that sends value first. Most misses come from skipping these.

See how it works, week by week

We qualify before we sign. We turn away companies without a working offer or the capacity to take meetings.

See who we don't serve

Our fulfillment partner has run this playbook across many industries for years. HempAware brings the hemp and cannabis knowledge. Together the KPI we agree with you is realistic.

How HempLeads is put together

We also say this plainly: our track record under the HempLeads name is new. The guarantee is how we take the risk instead of you.

Book a Discovery Call

What exactly do you guarantee?

A cold email response rate. Before launch we agree a KPI with you in writing. If the campaign is below it at day 90, we keep operating your outreach at no additional cost until we hit it. We do not guarantee a number of meetings, and we do not publish the percentage, because it is set per client.

Is this a money-back guarantee?

No. It is a work guarantee. If we miss the agreed response rate in 90 days, we keep working at no monthly fee until we hit it. We do not refund fees already paid.

Why don't you guarantee meetings?

Because a meeting depends on your offer, your pricing, and your calendar as much as on our outreach. Replies are the part we control end to end, so that is what we put our name on. Meetings are still the goal. We project them on the discovery call, track them every week, and change the ask if replies are coming and meetings are not.

When does the 90 days start?

On launch day, the first day outreach emails send. Onboarding, list building, and domain warm-up happen before that and do not count against the 90 days.

Who decides if a reply counts?

Both of us, against the four written criteria. We send a ledger at day 90. You review each line. If we disagree on one, we talk it through against the ICP document we both signed.

Can I change my target market during the 90 days?

Yes, but a new segment restarts the clock. Small refinements do not. Tell us and we will confirm in writing which kind of change it is.

What if I want to stop before day 90?

You can. The engagement is month to month. The guarantee only applies if the campaign runs the full 90 days.

Does the guarantee renew every 90 days?

No. It covers the first 90 days from launch. After that, you see the weekly numbers and decide month to month.

The terms are on the table. Let's talk about your ICP.

Book 30 minutes. We will tell you what response rate we can stand behind for your offer, and what we project for meetings, before you commit to anything. We walk through pricing on the discovery call.
