Who we serve

Built for hemp and cannabis companies that sell to other businesses

If your buyer is a company, not a consumer, we can reach them. Cold email and social outreach, done for you, with copy written by people who know what a COA is.

The test is simple

Ask one question. Does someone at another company sign the purchase order? If yes, you are B2B, and outbound works for you. If your buyer is a person on their phone at 11pm, you are B2C, and we are the wrong fit. Read the "Who we don't serve" section on this page before you book.

Seven types of companies we build outreach for

Hemp wholesalers and brokers

Who you need to reach
Buyers at CBD and cannabinoid brands. Extractors who need raw biomass or crude. Contract manufacturers. Distributors. Out-of-state buyers you have never met.
What your outreach says
We lead with what you have on hand. Lot size, cannabinoid profile, COA availability, price band, ship-from state. Buyers in this market are tired of vague "we have material" emails. Specifics get replies. We send a short spec sheet as the first touch, before we ask for anything.
Typical first meeting
A 20-minute call with a purchasing lead who wants to see a COA and a sample.

CBD and cannabinoid brands selling wholesale

Who you need to reach
Retail buyers at independent shops, chains, pharmacies, natural grocers, pet stores, gyms and spas. Distributors who carry your category. Private-label customers.
What your outreach says
Margin, sell-through, and reorder terms. Retailers care about what moves and what you do to help it move. We write copy around your wholesale price list, MOQ, and the support you give the shelf, then send a line sheet as the reverse lead magnet.
Compliance note
We do not write health claims. Not in the email, not in the line sheet. If your current copy relies on them, we will rewrite it.

Extraction, processing, and testing labs

Who you need to reach
Farmers with biomass to move. Brands who need toll processing or isolate. Other labs that overflow. For testing labs: brands, processors, and cultivators who need turnaround they can trust.
What your outreach says
Capacity, turnaround time, methods, and pricing structure. A processor with open capacity this quarter has a real reason to email. We say so plainly. For labs, we lead with turnaround days, accreditation, and the panel list.

Packaging and supply

Who you need to reach
Brand managers and operations leads at CBD brands, cannabis brands, and dispensary chains. Co-packers. Anyone who orders child-resistant containers, labels, pre-roll tubes, mylar, or shipping supplies in volume.
What your outreach says
Lead time, MOQ, compliance-ready options by state, and a real price. Packaging buyers switch suppliers when a shipment is late. We time outreach around that, and we open with a sample kit or a spec sheet, not a pitch.

Ancillary software and services

Who you need to reach
Owners and operators at cultivators, processors, brands, and dispensaries. For software: compliance, seed-to-sale, POS, payments, ERP, e-commerce, and HR. For services: legal, accounting, insurance, banking, staffing, security, and consulting.
What your outreach says
The specific operational problem you remove, in the buyer's words. Not "streamline your operations". Something like "cut your monthly METRC reconciliation from two days to two hours". We interview you, pull the sharpest line, and build the sequence around it.
Why this segment does well
Your buyers are used to cold outreach and they respond when it is specific. Ad platforms often reject you anyway because of the word "cannabis" on your site.

Cultivation supply

Who you need to reach
Head growers, farm owners, and purchasing at licensed cultivators and hemp farms. Greenhouse builders. Nurseries. Distributors of lighting, nutrients, genetics, irrigation, soil, and equipment.
What your outreach says
Yield, cost per square foot, and proof. Growers ignore hype. They read trial data. We build the first touch around a one-page result sheet or a trial offer, and we time sends to planting and harvest windows.

Dispensaries and retailers buying or selling B2B

Who you need to reach
If you are a dispensary or retail chain, you have B2B relationships too. Brands you want on your shelf. Wholesale suppliers. Corporate, event, and hospitality accounts where legal. Delivery and logistics partners.
What your outreach says
Shelf space, volume, and terms. A buyer at a 12-location chain who wants three new brands can email 40 brands in a week with our help, instead of waiting for reps to show up.
What we do not do here
Consumer marketing. Loyalty texts. Menu ads. If you need those, see our honest note on the dispensary marketing agency page.

Same machine, different list

Every segment above gets the same build. What changes is who we target and what we say.

  • Dedicated sending domains, warmed before launch
  • ICP list built by hand and verified, not scraped once and forgotten
  • Copy written for hemp and cannabis buyers, no health or THC-effect claims
  • Reverse lead magnet sent first: a spec sheet, line sheet, sample offer, or data sheet
  • Replies handled by a human, meetings put on your calendar
  • Weekly report: sends, replies, meetings, and what we changed
See how it works

From field to finished product, every step is someone's buyer.

Who we don't serve

We say no to companies we cannot help. Here is who, and why.

Not a fit
  • Direct-to-consumer brands with no wholesale channel. Cold email to consumers is a different business and often a legal problem.

  • Companies without a working offer. If you have not sold your product to anyone yet, a meeting will not fix that.

  • Companies with no capacity. If you cannot ship, staff, or process new orders within 90 days, meetings will burn goodwill.

  • Anyone who wants us to make medical or THC-effect claims in copy. We will not.

  • Businesses whose product is illegal to sell in the states they want us to target.

  • Anyone who wants leads without a call. We book meetings for you. If you cannot take the meetings, we cannot help.

Common questions from B2B hemp and cannabis companies

Book a Discovery Call

Do you work with companies in all states?

We work with companies selling products that are legal in the states we target. We check state rules for hemp-derived products before building a list. If your product cannot be sold in a state, we leave that state out.

What is a B2B lead in hemp and cannabis?

A B2B lead is a person at another company who can buy from you or influence the purchase. Examples: a purchasing manager at a brand, a head grower at a cultivator, an operations lead at a dispensary chain. Not a consumer.

My company sells to both businesses and consumers. Can you help?

Yes, for the business side. We build outreach for your wholesale, distribution, or private-label channel only.

How do you find buyers for a niche like packaging or lab testing?

We start with license-holder data, trade show exhibitor lists, distributor catalogs, and public company records. Then we verify each contact by hand. Generic lead databases miss most of this market.

Can you target a specific state or region?

Yes. Most clients pick two to five states to start. We can go nationwide if your product and logistics allow it.

What if I am not sure which segment I fit?

Book a call. The first ten minutes are us asking who signs your purchase orders. That answers it.

Let's see if your buyers respond

30 minutes. We will tell you which segment you are, who we would target first, and what the first email would say.
